Inclusive Democracy: Coaching
When actions fall short of ideals for a democratic workplace, this is where coaching comes in. Based in the premise that there are multiple truths in any situation and that embodied experiences of oppression and discrimination underpin every process. Our goal is teaching how to remain in collaboration while effectively navigating those risky, tough places that can create fractures in understanding and trust.
Embodied Justice: Workshops
Learning together is one of the most strengthening actions for those working collectively. These workshops are tailored to what your cooperative needs, and collective members will leave with tools and strategies for how to bring what they have discovered into their daily work.
Democracy in Action: Organizational Consulting
It can be necessary to step back and ask whether the foundational ideals of your cooperative are being enacted in daily practices and overarching policies. Organizational consulting can be on a segment or the whole of the cooperative and will be pragmatic, grounded and generative towards solutions.
