I am Elizabeth (they/she). I am a white, queer parent with a deep passion for finding the ways we can be more connected. I have worked in worker cooperatives and collectives for 20 years in a variety of capacities. In that time, I have been deeply invested and committed to working at the intersection of workplace democracy and anti-oppression practices.

Fifteen years ago, that led me to do intensive training in trauma and embodiment. Today I bring all of this work together to support collectives and cooperatives through consultation, trainings and coaching.

I am an idealistic, pragmatic and systemic thinker. I believe in asking tough questions and that laughter is essential. I am looking forward to meeting you.
